Let it go – whatever it is. It does not serve anymore. No need to explain yourself to anyone. If the energy in a person, place, or thing isn’t serving you; immediately let it go. Change it. Change is the only constant and consistency in peace is the most important. Nothing good can come from force. Period.

People are attracted to energy in others. This is both a blessing and a curse. A person comes into another’s energy field and disrupts it with their own energy. There is no other way. Everything that they bring to the table is THEM – 100%. It has almost nothing to do with the other person. This must be remembered.

Life is full of distractions down to the most subtle of energy shifts. Awareness is being conscious of this. Elevate your perspective in the moment – it probably doesn’t matter.
